The Year End Party 2018 by BienDong POC

On January 6th, 2019, Event Company in Vietnam - YesEvents was honored to successfully handle the Year End Party for BienDong POC with more than 370 distinguished guests attending at the Reverie Saigon Hotel. This was not only an intimate the Year End Party but also an opportunity for all participants to recall the enthusiastic 10 year-journey of BienDong POC through the theme "BienDong Cinema”. To YesEvents, we got our client’s feeling when sitting down, watching and sharing the accomplishment of entire team throughout the 10-year journey. Therefore, we boldly proposed to establish the program as a premiere showing exclusively the golden footage of BienDong POC.

 

 

The designed concept focused on luxury and contemporary factor which was constructed three great size led screens at the main stage. Besides the significant meaning of the program, the entertainment for children was also taken care considerately through side activities as the tickets used for exchanging popcorn, or joining games with clowns, or receiving lucky draw.
